4675 5627 d 4 h decky /trunk/ cleanup some of the dirty hacks introduced into the arm32 port
add default configurations for the two supported arm32 variants

4669 5629 d 7 h pillai /trunk/ ARM port for development board integratorcp(ARM926EJ core module).
4117 5766 d 20 h decky /trunk/ arm32: update for the new scheme of device drivers and keyboard/serial modules
streamline arm32 port (as GXemul is still the only machine supported), more cleanup is needed

3973 5780 d 8 h decky /trunk/kernel/ kernel memory management revisited (phase 2): map physical memory according to zones
- ia32: register reserved and ACPI zones
- pareas are now used only for mapping of present physical memory (hw_area() is gone)
- firmware zones and physical addresses outside any zones are allowed to be mapped generally
- fix nasty antient bug in zones_insert_zone()

3908 5791 d 1 h decky /trunk/ overhaul pareas: use one single physical area for the physical address space not belonging to physical memory
2725 6167 d 5 h decky /trunk/kernel/ remove config.memory_size, get_memory_size() and memory_init.{c|d}
the amount of available memory can be calculated from the sizes of the zones
add FRAMES2SIZE, SIZE2KB and SIZE2MB functions/macros (code readability)

2465 6410 d 5 h jermar /trunk/ Merge arm32 into trunk.
2128 6526 d 1 h jermar /trunk/ Add arm32 architecture. The 32 suffix is used to specify that 16-bit Thumb
instructions are not used. The arm32 code is mostly composed of placeholders
that need to be replaced by real implementation. So far, the arm32 tree
only compiles. If run under GXEmul simulator, an infinit loop at the
kernel entry point will be entered.
