Reimplement ASID stealing logic.
This time, hopefully, with correct synchronization. |

Do not add CONFIG_STACK_SIZE to kernel.size. |

Convert size_t, count_t and index_t to 64-bits on 64-bit architectures.
Change some pfn_t usages to count_t, size_t and index_t. |

Fix sparc64 and ia64 to work with the changed frame allocator.
Fix ppc32 to at least compile. |

Change ia64 kernel image to link and load at 0x100000 where
it (or its heap or stack) won't mess up with the ROM region.
Blacklist ia64 frame 0 from frame allocator so that 0 won't be
returned to malloc and friends. This can be reenabled again
once the kernel is not identity mapped. |

Use hash_table_get_instance instead of list_get_instance.
Rename page_operations to page_mapping_operations.
Rename page_pt_operations to pt_mapping_operations.
Rename page_ht_operations to ht_mapping_operations. |

Page hash table architectures now use generic hash table to manage
mappings. |

Memory management work.
Remove the last (i.e. 'root') argument from page_mapping_insert() and page_mapping_find().
Page table address is now extracted from the first (i.e. 'as') argument.
Add a lot of infrastructure to make the above possible.
sparc64 is now broken, most likely because of insufficient identity mapping of physical memory. |

ia64 work.
Add nice wrappers for thash and ttag instructions.
Add nice wrappers for accessing reion registers and PTA.
Fix set_vhpt_environment().
Allocate and initialize page_ht (a.k.a. VHPT).
Add missing header to sparc64.
Remove excessive header from debug.h. |

Memory management work.
Move generic 4-level page table interface to genarch
and enable architectures to use different virtual memory
mechanisms (e.g. page hash tables).
Start page hash table support.
Switch ia64 and sparc64 to page hash tables.
Other architectures keep on using 4-level page table interface. |

Rename saving_handler() to preemptible_handler()
and fix it to make sparc64 kernel preemptive.
Add two handlers for two fatal exceptions (i.e.
instruction_access_exception and mem_address_not_aligned.
Fix panic_printf() to not allocate its own register window. |

Fix interrupt handlers to save global registers. |

Context again. It turns out, according to SCD 2.4, that registers that didn't have to be saved were saved (%o1 - %o5) and
registers that had to be saved were not saved (%i0 - %i5, %l0 - %l7). |

Implement interrupt_disable(), interrupt_enable(), interrupt_restore() and interrupt_read() functions.
Fix context save/restore to save/restore register %i7. |
