4070 5584 d 18 h rimsky /trunk/ SGCN driver modified to reflect the new keyboard driver architecture. Making the Serengeti bootable image smaller by not including some servers/applications.
4069 5584 d 21 h decky /trunk/ set CONFIG_DEBUG_SPINLOCK after CONFIG_SMP
do not use serial line on msim

4067 5587 d 13 h jermar /trunk/uspace/srv/kbd/ Fix typo in i460GX
4066 5587 d 13 h jermar /trunk/ Fix configuration options for ns16550.
4062 5587 d 19 h decky /trunk/tools/ handle the Done (dialog) button before doing anything else
4061 5587 d 21 h svoboda /trunk/uspace/srv/kbd/ Constructing parser machines for tty keyboards by hand is a pain. Let the machine do it -- let's nuke some ants.
4060 5587 d 21 h jermar /trunk/kernel/arch/ia64/ Clean up ski handling in kernel.
4059 5587 d 22 h decky /trunk/contrib/ remove orphaned directory
4058 5587 d 22 h decky /trunk/ add support for predefined configuration profiles (and subprofiles, configuration can be nested)
4057 5587 d 22 h decky /trunk/kernel/arch/ optional EGA support
4056 5587 d 22 h decky /trunk/ do not ask personal questions in configuration
4054 5587 d 23 h decky /trunk/tools/ indicate undefined configuration options more explicitly
(the "None" was not clear enought and might get confused with "none" value)

4053 5588 d 0 h jermar /trunk/ Extended HID options.
4052 5588 d 1 h jermar /trunk/kernel/genarch/src/srln/ Add a new line - gcc is very picky lately.
4051 5588 d 1 h svoboda /trunk/ Keyboard layout must always be specified. Msim does not support non-serial HID.
4050 5588 d 2 h jermar /trunk/ Remove the hated DEFAULTS config option.
4049 5588 d 13 h svoboda /trunk/uspace/srv/kbd/ Do not create obsolete symlinks.
4048 5588 d 14 h jermar /trunk/kernel/generic/src/mm/ Fix non-debug build.
4047 5588 d 15 h jermar /trunk/ Improve the configuration file.

- Support for easy configuration with sane defaults.

- Fix the ambiguous MACHINE variable by introducing the PROCESSOR variable.

- Eliminate some unnecessarily detailed questions by providing defaults for the
Serengeti machine.

- Introduce CONFIG_HID_IN and CONFIG_HID_OUT variables. They help to limit the
number of offered HID devices. In the future, they can be also used to
configure the way how the serial controller devices are connected to the
keyboard / serial line modules on some platforms where we can't autodetect.

4046 5588 d 15 h jermar /trunk/kernel/arch/mips32/ Nuke the mips32-specific ns16550 driver.
Remove the conflicting console_init() too.

4045 5588 d 16 h jermar /trunk/kernel/arch/arm32/ Remove ARM's console_init() because it conflicts with the generic
console_init(). No functionality loss as it was a mere wrapper around
machine_console_init().

4044 5588 d 18 h svoboda /trunk/ Userspace driver for ski keyboard port.
4043 5588 d 19 h jermar /trunk/ Serial line module.
4042 5588 d 19 h jermar /trunk/ Complete emancipation of kernel serial controller drivers (i8042, ns16550 and
z8530). Provide a common keyboard module for PC and Sun keyboards. The serial
line module is still to follow.

4041 5588 d 19 h jermar /trunk/kernel/generic/ If the server cannot receive a call because it supplied a bad userspace address, the kernel will immediately answer the call with EPARTY.
4040 5589 d 22 h decky /trunk/kernel/generic/src/ipc/ add TODO
4039 5590 d 1 h decky /trunk/kernel/arch/mips32/src/ cstyle
