Changes in build system.
For .S targets, always do -D__ASM__.
Remove unnecessary #define __ASM__ from various *.S files.
At the end of build, generate disassembler dump for kernel.raw.
ia64 work.

Create generic context_save() and context_restore().
These two functions are defined inline and only call context_save_arch() and context_restore_arch(), respectively.
The main purpose of this is to enable centralized commenting of these important and tricky functions. |

mips32 memory management work.
TLB exceptions seem to be working on at least simics.
msim handles TLB Refill and TLB Invalid exceptions well,
but seems to skip writes to the mapped addressies in mm
mapping test #1 (the data is not written and exception
is not triggered). |

Cleanup of makefiles to have common options in one main makefile.
Add simple build process for different simulators for MIPS.
Added FPU context & lazy FPU context switching to MIPS.
Cleanup of MIPS linker script.
Moved MIPS kernel above 1MB. Not tested on real machine yet, but it might help.
There is something broken with gcc inlined memcpy (either simulator or gcc), it is disabled on BigEndian mips now. |

MIPS architecture now works without any problems in
- msim: compile as OUTPUT_FORMAT(binary)
- gxemul: compile as OUTPUT_FORMAT(ecoff-littlemips), or create
configuration file for binary format (will be done later)
- simics: compile as OUTPUT_FORMAT(elf32-little), might work with binary
format, didn't try yet. |

Get rid of memcopy().
All we now have is memcpy() and _memcpy().
memcpy() is defined to be builtin.
Where not applicable, architectures must implement memcpy() code or call slowish _memcopy(). |
