- IA-64 work.
Add application registers ar.lc, ar.ec, ar.ccv, ar.csd, ar.ssd to context_t.
Add store/load operations for ar.lc, ar.ec, ar.ccv, ar.csd, ar.ssd to context_save()/restore().
